Our powerful word-based search is also available on the mobile application with inbuilt functionality which helps you find exactly what you’re looking for.

Find by Citation:
Find a case by a known citation by selecting the desired journal from a list of journals. This feature enables you to lookup cases in journals such as the SCC as well as many others making it possible to find the case in a matter of seconds.

Find by Party Name:
This feature makes it particularly easy for you to go back and refer to documents, or in case you know exactly what you’re looking for. This function also gives the user the ability to filter search results by the Jurisdiction.

Find by Section:
Find Case Law related to particular sections or acts of statutes.

FREE FEATURES
The application now includes a reader for the SCC Online Blog with the ability to receive notifications every time a new article is published. Stay up to date with legal news on the move with the articles published on the blog. This feature does not require a subscription to SCC Online.
