The FODMAP Diet Experts is a recipe app packed with healthy nutritious recipes, designed for people following the low FODMAP diet – an effective diet which helps reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Alexa and Laura, two UK dietitians who are trained in teaching the low FODMAP diet, created the app after finding that their patients and clients struggled with creating everyday meals that were low FODMAP and healthy.

Alexa and Laura believe that following a low FODMAP diet can be healthy - and delicious! The recipes in this app are simple, nutritious and will help you adapt to the diet more easily, without feeling like you’re missing out.

The app contains recipes packs for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, each of which can be bought separately or downloaded as a complete collection. As well as recipes the app contains handy hints and tips to help you get to grips with the low FODMAP diet more easily.
