I recommend to drink just water for the first hours in the morning.
Later it's perfect to add coffee or tea. (Don't use milk or sugar while fasting!)

I have completely redesigned the app. You can also expect a new widget to keep you up to date. Your entries will be put into a new data format so they can be synced with iCloud.
As an independent developer, I haven't made a dime from the app in all these years, which is why the app now comes with ads. You can remove them for a small fee in the settings.
