The Kosher Food Item Registration System (KFIRS) is an electronic system that unifies all Kosher Food Items in the UAE. This system is used by all Kosher Certification Bodies such as EAKC-Emirates Agency for Kosher Certification and its clients to trace certified kosher food products. The product information, manufacturers details and kosher status are made available at the fingertip with this system. A unique chip would be embedded on the package of the registered item. This system enables the ease of identification, traceability as well as control.
