Mōzoon® (meaning "harmonious" or "in balance" in Farsi) is an app that can be used in all phases of wine or grape juice processing. After bottling the wine, Mōzoon® can be used to monitor its aging behavior, match it to a particular food, determine the peak time for its consumption based on a particular individual taste, and validate its authenticity, all while the bottle remains sealed. In summary, the app provides quality sensing and balancing data, contains preservation history information, and helps with prevention of fraud.
