-Loyalty app:
oTrack customer information such as full name, mobile contact and email
oTrack a history of customer orders
oDisplay promotion notification
oTrack loyalty points, loyalty levels, member ID and join date
oTrack redemption and support loyalty point payment and discount percentage (discount percentage is not automatically apllied to orders, staffs have to manually apply based on loyalty points displayed on customer search)
