A live countdown. Watch the hours tick down in real time. We'll tell you an hour before a feed, at feed time, and once if you forget. Three notifications max, never more.

Bake day, planned backwards. Want bread by Saturday 9 AM? Drag the target; Poolish walks back through preheat, shape, cold proof, bulk fermentation, mix, levain, and the last feed. Your whole Friday lays out in one timeline.

History that stays honest. Every feed records ratio, temperature, rise, and an optional photo. See your starter get stronger week over week in a rise-trend sparkline.
