Pierre and Ibrahim Dagher have an extensive history and a unique love for restaurants and owned the popular Cedars Restaurant for 14 years.
Working as Chefs, Managers and Owners, they have joined together to open up a concept that is close to their hearts. With the help of their wives and the combined experience of over 20 years in the industry, they have opened up the little black book of family recipes to create a one of a kind quick service concept in Shawarma Mediterranean Grill.
