Our prescription process is simple and only takes a few minutes! Answer a few questions about how you eat today, and we measure the nutrient gaps in your diet that impact your health conditions. Then we write a food prescription for the foods you should be eating less of and more of to improve your health!

GET PRESCRIBED FOOD PAID FOR

We work with your health plan to get the cost of your personalized food prescription covered! More and more health plans across the country are covering the cost of prescribed healthy foods for their members. If your health plan doesn’t offer coverage, we offer a self-pay option using a nutrition incentive! And we accept SNAP-EBT!

GET PRESCRIBED FOOD DELIVERED

Once we confirm your coverage, your prescribed food is delivered directly to your doorstep! Every dish you receive is approved for your chronic health conditions by clinical nutrition experts, and we work with you to learn what dishes you like and don’t like to constantly improve the meals you can choose from each week!
