Echoes: Margins is a text adventure game built for the Apple Watch. Five days of prose arrive on your wrist, paced across real time. You play as Sev, a maintenance worker in an outpost called Tanpura. Sev's companion Spark, Shruti, has been gone for two years. A stranger appears at the margins of the outpost, and you decide how Sev meets them.

The whole story is on the wrist. The iPhone companion mirrors the same prose so you can pick up where you left off, but the design is watch-first. Tap a passage. Make a choice. Wait while real time passes in Sev's world before the next passage comes to you. The pacing is part of the experience; the story breathes with the rest of your day.

WHAT'S INSIDE

A complete five-day arc. No filler, no grinding, no purchases. Roughly 5 to 10 minutes of reading per day, spread across natural delays. Four real endings, not cliffhangers.

A grief story without melodrama. Echoes is about losing someone and learning to be in the world without them. It's quiet. The world is built around music, drones, silence, and what remains when a familiar, warm sound is gone.

Watch-first design. The drone of Tanpura is part of the prose. Choices fit a watch button. Notifications announce the next passage when it's ready.

YOUR DATA

Echoes: Margins makes no network calls. There is no sign-in, no account, no tracking, no ads. Your story state is stored on your device. The iPhone and Apple Watch keep in sync over the local link between them; if you have iCloud enabled for the app, your save state also syncs to your private iCloud account. Velos Ventures LLC has no access to your save state.

ABOUT THE WORLD

Echoes is the first short story in The Resonance, a setting where humans and companion beings called Sparks live alongside each other in outposts threaded through a wider wilderness. Margins is Sev's piece. More entries in the series are planned.
