Fitness Counter is an app that help you to achive your goal to loose or gain weight , so you can start by adding your current weight or the right and goal weight on the left , and then you enter your calories intake and water intake and you will get notes about how things going , and also it help you track your excersises just like running and cardio and other with how much time that could take.
