Automated event scanning is live — the server now pulls new events every morning at 5 AM Central from local sources (Anniston Star, City of Anniston, etc.), automatically routes them into the admin approval queue, and auto-tags them with interest categories (Food & Drink, Music, Family, etc.) based on keywords in the title and description so they surface correctly in personalized feeds

Today's Spot / live location — Mobile Vendor businesses (like food trucks) can now post a live location update from their dashboard, set an end time, move their spot mid-day, or end it early; followers see the active spot on the business detail screen

Business onboarding flow — the "List My Business" paid onboarding ($15/mo via Stripe) now correctly handles Brick & Mortar vs. Mobile/Virtual selection up front, provisions a Clerk owner account automatically on payment, and sends a welcome email with login credentials

Follower-only Deals + Claim system — business owners can create single-use or repeating promo deals; only followers see the promo code, with reveal timers and cooldown windows enforced server-side

Spots tab improvements — business cards now show open/closed status based on posted hours; county and category filters are available
Bug fixes — resolved in-tab navigation crashes, fixed photo upload on iOS for native file URIs, and patched a layout crash affecting SVG elements on New Architecture iOS builds
