Medlied Media Library & Editor
iOS Universel / Divertissement
Downloaded some music you bought online, but playing it back in Files just isn’t the same? View your library in a beautiful Grid, List, or Cover Flow view, with a player which will beautifully display the art and/or lyrics.
Medlied is an app for managing your local music & video library of MP3 and MP4 files, with support for editing file metadata via long-press / right click. Music can be added to the queue from your library, or from external sources, with options to shuffle and loop tracks.
Designed to avoid the need to use a Mac to edit one’s local library, edits can be made in-place, and files can be stored anywhere.
Editable file metadata currently includes Title, Album, Artist, Track and Disk Numbers, Artwork, and Lyrics. Unchanged metadata will be preserved when editing.
Disclaimer: As edits are performed in-place, don’t make edits if you need to preserve original files.
It’s recommended to mark the chosen library folder as available offline if stored in cloud services, as metadata can only be read when the files is available offline. Medlied will attempt to download all media files in the library folder on launch to make them available when queued.
