With Penguinpass Check-in App, confirmed participants are instantaneously updated and ready to be checked-in by event hostesses or gate controllers.
The tablets work synchronously and allow you to record the different states such as the “checked-out” or the “will be back”, fundamental to the control of flow and capacity management.
Last-minute participant names can be added directly from the check-in app or from your office on the dashboard, this will get updated on the application across all devices.
Enter notes for each participant or make them available to hostesses in case of separate access for guests/visitors/customers. Increase the number of controllers at the event by downloading the free application on multiple devices.
