Restez toujours connecté et facilitez-vous le télétravail avec 3CX. Cette application vous permet d’utiliser votre extension professionnelle de n’importe où, et pas seulement pour les appels. Planifiez vos conférences, discutez par chat avec vos collègues et passez des appels vidéo depuis votre appareil iOS.
Pour démarrer :
1. Installez l’application.
2. Ouvrez-la, lisez et acceptez le contrat de licence et autorisez les permissions nécessaires à l’application (caméra, micro).
3. Ouvrez votre client web ou application Desktop et cliquez sur le code QR dans le coin en haut à droite. Les informations vous permettant d’accéder à votre client web sont dans l’email 3CX qui vous a été envoyé par votre administrateur.
4. Ouvrez votre caméra sur votre appareil iOS et scannez le code QR affiché sur votre écran.
5. Votre extension est configurée et est maintenant “Prêt pour les appels” !
Important : Cette application peut uniquement être utilisée avec le 3CX V20 est n’est pas une application autonome.
