The Access Collins app is a touchscreen solution for front-of-house reservations management in restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes.
Available to Access Collins customers, view the day ahead on the diary grid and quickly check guests in as they arrive. Additionally add new walk ins and bookings or drill in to see payments, pre-orders and more.

This is a major update to the Access Collins iPad app, bringing a refreshed look and feel alongside powerful new features to help your team manage service more efficiently than ever.
The new Run Sheet tab gives your team a clear, at-a-glance view of the day's service flow, helping front-of-house staff stay organised and on top of every booking. The Space Optimiser makes it easier to manage your venue's capacity intelligently, maximising covers and making the most of your available tables. Payments and pre-orders can now be viewed and managed directly within booking details, putting everything you need to know about a reservation in one place.
Alongside these new features, the app has received a modernised design throughout, making the experience cleaner, faster, and more intuitive to use during service. The floorplan has also been significantly upgraded to be more responsive and easier to navigate, giving your team greater control on the floor.
