The Access Collins app is a touchscreen solution for front-of-house reservations management in restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes.
Available to Access Collins customers, view the day ahead on the diary grid and quickly check guests in as they arrive. Additionally add new walk ins and bookings or drill in to see payments, pre-orders and more.

This release adds full enquiry management to the Collins mobile app. You can view, filter, and manage enquiries, update statuses, claim and assign enquiries to team members, and filter by date range, user, or notification type. A global search has also been added, allowing you to find any booking or enquiry by name, email, or reference number. The release also includes a number of bug fixes and performance improvements.
