Albait Monazim — Field Ticket Management System
Albait Monazim is a location-aware ticket and task management app built for outdoor field teams. It ensures that field employees create and resolve job tickets only from their assigned work zones, guaranteeing accountability and accurate on-site job completion.
KEY FEATURES
Zone-Based Ticket Creation
Each employee is assigned one or more geographic boundaries. Employees can only create a new job ticket when they are physically within their assigned zone — ensuring tickets are always raised from the correct location.
Proximity-Based Ticket Resolution
When resolving a ticket, the app verifies that the employee is within a defined radius of the task location. This confirms the employee is physically present at the job site before marking the task complete.
Task Assignment & Review
Admins and managers assign tickets to field employees, set task locations, and review completed work — all from a centralized dashboard.
Evidence Submission
On ticket completion, employees submit photo or audio evidence directly through the app. Managers review and approve submitted evidence before closing the ticket.
Multi-Zone Team Management
Different employees can be assigned to different geographic zones. Managers get full visibility of ticket status, assignment history, and completion evidence across all zones.
