FOR SELLERS:
REGISTER: Free download the ALLMETALIKA app. Login with business ID and register yourself as a Member by paying yearly subscription fee
LOGIN: LOGIN and fill your business details; Company name, address, contact numbers, GST and PAN details along with warehouse and branch addresses.
ONBOARD: Once successfully onboard, the seller can see the list of prospective buyers and can BID his best price and can submit details like payment terms, delivery timeframe, list of products, quantity, validity of price etc.
INVOICE GENERATION: Once your BID is selected by the buyer, the seller receives an automated Proforma Invoice cum Purchase Order which includes all business details of the buyer, finalized price, GST, delivery place and period, and other statutory details.
TRANSACTION: Seller arranges dispatch of goods, makes final invoice and provides Bank details to the buyer for full and final payment and once Buyer makes the payment through RTGS/NEFT and uploads the UTR number and payment details on the system, the seller can arrange dispatch of goods and provide details of truck number, Lorry Receipt (LR) number, and contact details of transporter along with Delivery Challan and MTC- Mill Test Certificate of manufacturer. Meanwhile, the seller uploads Commercial Invoice, Packing list, LR, MTC in the system and the Sales Cycle is completed with buyer confirming receipt of goods at his destination.
DEAL: The deal will be closed and the details will be uploaded in Buyers and Sellers profile account.
