1.YF Life policyholders – download your ePolicyholder Card, which offers easy access to an array of services for total peace of mind:
•Worldwide Emergency Assistance Benefits
•Home Assistance Services (applicable only to Hong Kong)
•Concierge Services (applicable only to YF Life PLATINUM Concierge Card)
2.YF Life Employee Benefits members (for selected clients only)
•Retrieve benefit schedule
•Check claim history & claim status
•Submit electronic claims (if applicable)
•Search network doctor (if applicable)
•Download forms
3.MASS MPF Scheme members
•View account details, download benefit statement and change of personal information via “Virtual Agent”
•Submit change of fund allocation and fund switching in express way via “Investment Instructions”
•View constituent fund details and latest fund price via “Constituent Fund”
