The optional performance management module provides accurate and objective measurements of service levels. BearTracks is used by large enterprises with national or global implementations as well as by smaller organizations.

The BearTracks mobile application is used by couriers and other staff members to track their progress. This application must be used with the web-based BearTracks application.
