BRG Link enables you to create flexibility within your existing workforce by connecting with untapped capacity, thus increasing your eligible pool of staff. The app does the heavy lifting for you as it automatically checks schedules, licenses, staff preferences, client-specific rules and float policies, and instantly notifies candidates that best match the criteria. Leaders can select staff based on availability, certifications, and overtime impact.
