Release notes for UserApp:
- Users who have already booked a desk will no longer see the "Add to Waitlist" option for that desk.
- Default dates for temporary parking spot release have been implemented policy based.
- Expired bookings now correctly display their status in the parking spot booking listing.
- Phone number and text notifications have been removed configuration based from the app.
- General performance improvements and minor bug fixes.
