New credit checks can be requested by creating new customers and linking them to your profile in the Haul Pay menu item of the app. These new customers will be checked and verified within 24 hours.

You can also track your payment advance history and create digital invoices right from the app to submit along with your signed bill of lading and rate confirmation for payments.
