With this release, users who do not have the Custom Fields license can now use ticketing within the app, reducing the amount of permission errors.
The following issues have been resolved with this release:
Products can now be added to tickets.
Expenses can now be added to service tickets without error when the user has the required permissions.
The Work Type’s default billing now automatically carries over to the Mobile app.
