Welcome to Construction Builds, connecting subs to contractors in real time, gps. Subs enjoy no longer asking for payments at the end of the job. General Contractors enjoy not wondering where there subs are located and when they will be on the job site.

All contractors can search a geo located area for subs and jobs. Complete your enrollment, turn on your location as a sub, post a job as a contractor. Contractors can search for subs for all their jobs. No worries GCs, both parties will have to agree on completion before the payment is complete. No worries Subs, they have already paid for the job in advance so you know exactly what to anticipate when complete.

How it works:

1.Once gps is enabled during app use, Commercial/Residential Contractors can post their job with details,
2.pay in advance for the work to be completed,
3.vet their profile through our extensive vetting system,
4.view sub-contractors in the area available for work,
5.send the job listing to a specific sub-contractor or wait for a sub-contractor to accept their job offer.
6.Sub-contractors can build their profile,
7.vet their profile through our secured and extensive vetting system,
8.search for jobs in their area or within a 25 miles radius of a zip code
9.accept a job offer and once gps is enabled, begin work.
10.Payment exchange is complete once the Contractor and Sub-contractor agree the work is complete.
11.Sub-contractor will post at least 1 photo of work complete.
12.All communication can be handled through the app.
