Email notifications are received when the status of your repair changes and you can track it easily along the way.

What’s more, the app is completely free for tenants to use.

We've removed the language barrier and with our Direct Repairs app we give you the platform to organise all of your incoming maintenance issues via one simple app. Whether in the office or on the go, keep track of your business with our professional app any time anywhere.

We have now added support for languages: Polish, Punjabi and Chinese. What does this mean?
If a customer submits a request in one of these native languages it automatically translates the request into English for the agent to action. When the job is passed back to the customer it automatically coverts to their native language.

We have also added a new feature; Keys.. The tenant can now specify whether they wish to be present during any works or not. If not this increases repair time scales.
