Features of the Dotmac App:

You can add funds to your account to renew your subscription plan, using the secure pay stack access.

Here you can view your bandwidth usage, Network IP, Unit Price and the number of days left till subscription expires.

c.Invoice:
Here you can view details of payments made either for services or devices.

d. Bandwidth Usage:
The overview of the customers bandwidth usage; the upload and download speed.

Some frequently asked questions are answered here. Customers can also ask the support team questions by sending a message using the dialogue box.
