The app is primarily used for tracking shipments and deliveries from the suppliers to the buyers. Additionally, it provides views and controls to the buyers and suppliers to manage their daily deliveries and shipments. Hence providing a virtual office environment remotely from a smart device.
1) Our App is not for the users of a single company or their partners. Unlimited companies can register through our web-based platform either as suppliers or buyers of products or services, through a legal document verification process. The account admin of each company can register as many users, depending upon their package selection.
2) Our App is not limited to any specific group or type of companies. Rather it’s categories are still expanding. There are 11 main categories and more than 1,200 subcategories that companies can register under. Again, the number of categories per supplier is very limited depending upon their package and their business license issued by their local authority or government. Both, the buyers and suppliers can use the web portal of the platform and the App.
3) At the moment there are 4 kinds of users of this App.
i. Buyer companies and their users with different roles and set of permissions.
ii. Supplier companies and their users with different roles and set of permissions, even to track their fleets.
iii. Drivers who are basically representing the supplier (at the moment) can deliver online shipments by delivery location & tracking.
iv. General users who are not registered users they can also track deliveries either online or see the delivered history.
4) At the moment our distribution is intended for Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Soon we will expand in the Middle East and beyond.
5) The CEO of a company registers through a web portal, either as a supplier or as a buyer. After the business approval, he/she can add more users, depending upon its package selection, by invitation through email. Then each new user has to verify the email and fill his/her data.
6) There isn’t any paid content in the App. User’s do not have to pay for opening an account.
