EvolveMobile has been designed for users of PracticeEvolve to access crucial features that enhance productivity. With EvolveMobile you have the freedom to work on your matters whether you are in the office, at home, or working on the go.



Our app extends your system by placing data at your fingertips, allowing you to view key information on matters and contacts with shortcuts to call, text and email. Task oriented and secure, users can access contacts, clients, matters, documents and more while introducing automatic time entry against the matters you are working on.



Features include:

- Contacts: Access and search across your contacts, including clients you are acting directly for. Initiate calls and messages and view key details on the go. Drill into contacts to view further information such as matters and documents.

- Matters: Search across lists and view key details including recorded time entries and associated documents.

- Documents: Download and view, share, or access with any other app on your device

- Automatic Time Record: Never miss a second with a timer that you can start and stop across any entries. Review and finalise, save for later, or browse the calendar for previous entries.

- Search: Easily access matters, contacts, and documents through by searching across all areas with simple key words.

- Synchronisation: Never lose track of your conversations and file notes again. The app will synchronise your task types and rates while helping you track time, so you can spend it where it matters the most.

- Safe and secure: Using the latest techniques, EvolveMobile protects your data and identity using two-factor authentication and encryption.



The app has been developed to be native to the individual's mobile device, ensuring a fluid experience even when the internet connection has dropped out. PracticeEvolve Group are dedicated to regularly enhancing features and functions including the ability to take advantage of mobile phone functionality including speech to text recognition and smart typing.
