The EZ-Leads Referral System enables real estate agents to connect and exchange buyer and seller referral lead with other agents across the country.

Within seconds of Posting a Lead, other agents (within established Network Groups or new contacts within the geographic location of the Lead) can receive a Mobile Notification Alert advising them that there is a new referral lead in their area. With the touch of a button, Agents can register their interest in a lead and exchange contact details for a formal introduction prior to a referral agreement being entered.

EZ-Leads automates:

* Finding a Real Estate Agent in another area to refer a Seller or Buyer Lead.

* Sending and Receiving general lead details and Agent Contact details for formal introductions.

* Storing both Posted and Accepted Leads within a mobile phone app and desktop website.

* Creating franchising, network and training Groups for exclusive lead exchange.

*Creating a personal profile page to highlight contact details, professional achievements and related Groups.

* The potential expansion of an agent’s network of professional contacts within the real estate industry.

When an agent becomes a subscriber to the System they will get a subscription account that will allow them to post referral leads and to access referral leads posted by other subscribers which may result in confirmed engagements. Client contact information is not exchanged within the system but is stored within the Posting Agent's app for easy reference.
