Faces consent app allows aesthetic practitioners to create smart easy consent forms for client consultations. Practitioners can create their own forms that suit their own business and clinic, forms such as Botox consent form, dermal filler consent forms, PDO and Profhilo forms as well as Dermapen consent forms. Practitioners are also able to create their own treatment menus.
