Fairpockets Partner Mobile APP is a mobile application for Builders, Brokers, and their respective sales team. Builders can manage their entire sales function with the help of this App. It is a complete CRM solution for real estate stakeholders. Some of the activities which can be performed are:
Lead Management: Builders and brokers can manage the leads of their sales team. They can assign the leads and check the progress. The sales users or independent brokers can add leads, set reminders, send proposals to the client. As a user, you can even import the contacts from your contacts and export the contacts. A builder can even share leads with the brokers and track the progress. Individual brokers can also use it for managing their clients.
Builder – Broker marketplace: Builders can list their projects for the brokers and get connected with them. Brokers can check out the details of the project and join builders as a channel partner. When the brokers join a builder as channel partner then he gets access to all the documents like a price list, brochure, images, floor plan. This marketplace is only for builders and brokers login and not for the sales users.
Price Calculator: We also provide a sales tool to calculate the exact price of any unit for a builders project. This price calculator can be shared with the sales team, brokers and even brokers sales team. A uniform proposal can be sent by all users and the proposal can be completely designed as per builders requirement.
Inventory Management: Entire inventory of any builders project can be managed through our SAAS service. We have both web and mobile version of the same. Builders can share inventory access to their sales team and also to the brokers and their sales team.
Communication system: Builders can communicate with their channel partners through this mobile APP.
Notifications: This App has internal as well as push notifications to remind you of all your tasks.
