Documents from your photo library, any cloud app installed on your phone, and the Files app are all accessible directly within the app. On iPad, you can even drag PDFs and photos straight from Files, Safari, or Mail to start a fax instantly.
Additionally, the app includes a scanning functionality, making it easy to scan documents and send them as a fax.
You can also fill, sign, and add text or date annotations to documents before faxing, and easily combine pages from photos, files, and scans into a single fax for added convenience.
Choose from ready-made document templates — including authorization forms, letters, and records requests — fill in the details, and fax them directly. Add a professional cover page to any fax with one tap, and on iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence, let the AI draft your cover note or suggest the right template.
Before you send, Faxeau shows you exactly how many pages your fax will use — no surprises. Send the same fax to multiple recipients at once, and generate confirmation receipts for your records.
Track every fax you send. See its status at a glance — sending, delivered, or failed — and get real-time updates through notifications and a Live Activity right on your Lock Screen.
Your favorite and recent fax numbers, saved signatures, and cover page sender info all sync across your devices with iCloud, so they're always at hand.
