FocusTrack Customer is an application that lets an automobile owner watch their vehicle being serviced live at the workshop. Yes! Just like a cricket match! The vehicle owner can watch his vehicle being serviced live on his phone from any part of the world.
If he is busy during that time, he can watch his service video later as well.
FocusTrack Customer is not just limited to Live streaming, top features and brief explanation of the same are as follows:
1.Vehicle Management
An owner can manage single or multiple vehicles from the vehicle management feature. add or remove vehicles associated to him from the application.
2.Vehicle Service
All the servicing history and details of previous servicing would be available in Vehicle service feature. Live servicing video can be accessed from the same feature. Once servicing is done, owner can rate the service and add complaint if any issue is faced later.
With FocusTrack an owner can be carefree about his vehicle servicing. Watch how well his vehicle was serviced whenever he has time.
