As an assistance provider, you will be notified of commuters in need of service, the type of service they desire, where they are located and GPS directions to their location. Owning a tow truck is not required. You choose the types of services you are available for. For example, if you have a tire iron and a jack you can be a service provider that only changes tires if you desire.
