Gigoshift allows you to communicate with your team and provide instant feedback on performance. At the end of their shift, you will be able to provide performance reviews that form part of the talent’s profile. Fees are transparent and displayed via the gigoshift app. You pay for the hours the talent works at your business. Once the talent shifts out you will be notified via the app and we handle the rest.
