GlobalAct Mobile allows attorneys in large Law Firms to have mobile access, on an iPad, to their clients’ entire virtual minute books, including corporate documents, datasheets, share capital structure, and regulatory forms and filings. And, as a seamless extension of GlobalAct, workflows including document reviews and approvals, can be initiated in GlobalAct, then continued on an iPad, and sent back to GlobalAct for the next step, all transparently.
