Whether you’re performing a physical end of the year inventory or a cycle count our inventory counting program allows you to update your inventory in real-time integrated with the iM3 SCM Cloud’s item master.Mistakes in inventory occur in two key warehouse functions: 1). Picking and during 2). Receiving. Using the issue by picklist and work order programs, ensure that any inventory leaving your warehouse either on a Sales Order or Work Order (repair order) are scanned and “issued” on to the transaction depleting your inventory.For some particular orders, typically smaller orders, it is easier to receive those parts or orders individually. This release includes the following new features and improvements
1. Reference Attachments for Purchase Orders
Users can now attach reference files such as images, videos, or supporting documents directly to Purchase Orders (POs) during the receiving process, improving documentation and traceability.
2. Enhanced Inventory Search
The View Inventory screen now supports searching by Part Description in addition to Item ID or Part Number, making it faster and easier to locate items.
3. Decimal Quantity Support for Physical Counts
Physical Counts now support quantities with up to two decimal places (e.g., 1.25, 3.50), enabling more accurate inventory tracking.
4. Decimal Quantity Support for Adjustments
Inventory Adjustments also now allow quantities with up to two decimal places, ensuring precision for fractional inventory updates.
5. Automatic Logout for Inactive Users
Mobile app users who are marked as Inactive in the web application will now be automatically logged out, enhancing security and access control.
6. Improved Scanning Performance
The Warehouse App now features more responsive and reliable focused scanning across all relevant screens for a smoother user experience.
7. Minor Bug Fixes
This release has few minor bug fixes.
