“Infor HMS Hotel” allows hotels using Infor Hospitality HMS to access the application via the Apple iPad for Check in, In house, Check Out, Housekeeping Update, Fast Posting Room Charges, Concierge, Lost&Found, Work Order, Arrival/Departure and other reports.
Once the app is downloaded contact your account manager for the activation process.

Guest images can now be hidden from guest view.
Private notes can now be hidden from guest view.
You can now view all external confirmation numbers associated with a guest’s stay via the External Confirmation popup, accessible from the Check-in, In-house, and Checkout screens.
Reports in the Hotel App are now generated in Jasper format instead of Cognos, except for three specific reports.
A new Guest Details column has been added to the Housekeeper List and Room Details screens, showing the number of adults and children.
Add-on and Add-on Guest reports are now available in the app.
Standard Jasper folio reports now include the “Insert Signature Here” tag by default, eliminating the need for a separate parameter to place the signature.
