Added support for wired network connections to the network monitor.

In settings, the network to monitor can now be selected (in 'Monitor Network'). It can be set to 'Wi-Fi', 'Wired' or 'None'. When provisioning the device either 'Wi-Fi' or 'Wired' must be set to the appropriate network.

Note that If 'None' is selected no network monitoring is performed. This means the app may need to be manually restarted if the network connection is lost
