- InForm -For some customers PDF Attachments on Actions were not showing up on the app but can be seen on the desktop

- InForm - In some cases, users could not be found when they were being searched for. This occurred when the volume of users was in the tens of thousands or higher
- InForm - In some cases, when saving forms, images were not being saved correctly.
- InForm - In some cases, when viewing inline attachments, the mobile app crashed
- InForm - Forms integrated with the risk module were displaying a maximum of 10 risks. They now display all risks assigned to the form.
