The Mazzer app lets you easily communicate with your grinder; it's useful for viewing operating data and maintenance reports, easily adjusting parameters, and gathering customer feedback.
The free app connects to nearby grinders via Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct; once connected, operating data from the last 10 days can be downloaded to your device. It also allows you to monitor your grinder and the wear status of its burrs.

The app is divided into four areas: service, adjustments, statistics, and surveys.

ASSISTANCE
Maintenance interventions can be easily scheduled, thanks to the remaining burr life indicator and the dose loading function. The grinder can be loaded with the number of doses corresponding to the amount of coffee stored on site. Service data can be made directly visible to the technician.

ADJUSTMENTS
Easily adjust electronic grind settings (grinding times and pauses) from your device using the Mazzer App, without having to use the grinder's menu, making everything simple and seamless.

STATS
By analyzing the data collected by the grinder throughout the workday, the Mazzer App can help you improve your coffee service performance. You can easily view, save, and share this data.

SURVEY
The survey management system allows you to collect customer feedback on your establishment's service: simply use the app on a tablet and place it at the counter to receive feedback on the various aspects of the service that matter most to you. Alternatively, you can use the app on multiple tablets and conduct tasting and cupping tests. Any results will help you improve your service and, if desired, create content for social media.

Once registered, the grinder owner (Master) will be the only person authorized to create other users and assign them one of four different access levels (Manager, Operator, Maintenance Technician, Installer) (each with different levels of data visibility).

Furthermore, the grinder's firmware can also be updated via the Mazzer app, ensuring you're always up-to-date with the latest on-board electronics features.
