• Out of office status with auto responder — Taking a well-deserved holiday break? You can now set up automatic replies right from your out of office status.
• Rules: Add label with AI — Have AI automatically categorize incoming emails using your existing labels.
• Rules: Include signatures in drafts created by rules — Create draft, Send response, and Schedule auto follow-up actions can now include the sender's signature. Enable via the "Include sender's signature" checkbox. Supports dynamic variables in organization-managed signatures.
