CHASE Mobile
Capture your Incidents, Maintenance Requests and Report Events more effectively and speedily on the Chase Mobile App. Incidents, Checklists and Job Cards can be worked on whilst in the field and responses sent back in real-time to the control room and other relevant stakeholders. Offline Checklist capabilities provide for productivity even when there is no signal or wireless reception. Notifications can be received on the Mobile App providing immediate details on Chase incidents and entries logged elsewhere. Tasks can be assigned and worked on from the Mobile App.

Clock-In: The clock in screen has been enhanced to display your Username and Staff number, as well as a Help Desk Number (if set by your company). The clock in screen refresh time and notification has been decreased to 2 minutes from 5 minutes. A check has also been added to ensure that if the user clicks the clock in button after the 2 minutes, it reloads the location.

Language Preference: You now have the option to select your own Language preference on Mobile under the My HR\My Profile\Details section.
