You spend a lot of time in work; it’s only right you should feel confident, comfortable and dare I say even happy some of the time when you’re there. But in order to understand how to create more vibrant workplaces, we need to learn from you what you like and dislike about your work. Enter, Mooqi!

Via a daily pulse delivered to our mobile app users, Mooqi offers a safe way for you to have a therapeutic release at the end of your shift so you can get things off your chest, go home and enjoy your time outside work knowing you have a voice in your company.

You’ll be asked each day towards the end of your shift how your day was and what made it that way. Your managers will have access to anonymous daily insights showing what’s affecting everyone and we’ll work with them to help them learn from it and shape the sort of workplace experience where you want to be and can fulfil your potential.

Our goal is for Mooqi to serve as a constructive ally for both you and your managers in informing the decisions which shape your workplace culture.
