- Change your availability status
- Search and call Salesforce contacts and colleagues
- See your colleagues’ presence and availability status
- Wrap up and make notes for your calls, with all data being pushed into the Salesforce record in real-time
- Transfer calls
- Listen to your company voicemail

Non-Salesforce users will also be able to:
