NetWorth2b StoryBooks - Small Business Accounting is designed for business owners who: (1) need a fully functional double-entry accounting system; (2) do not want to use a paper-based or spreadsheet ledger; (3) do not feel comfortable loading their private business data into a web-based accounting system; and (4) do not want to pay for functionality that they will never use. The app was designed and developed by a licensed certified public accountant, with in-depth knowledge of accounting and financial management systems.

Recording receipts, disbursements, and journal entries in StoryBooks is a snap. From there, you can easily generate a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Trial Balance, General Ledger, and a host of other financial management reports. There is also a template to help with the payroll tax withholding calculation as each employee paycheck is being recorded. This data then populates the payroll summary report for quarterly and annual payroll tax return preparation; so there’s no need for last-minute calculations and reconciliations when quarterly and annual payroll tax returns are due. In addition, there is a Bank Reconciliation helper report that supplies detail and summary information corresponding to bank statement dates.

NetWorth2b StoryBooks is a fully functional accounting system in a small, inexpensive, mobile package; that accommodates accounting for three separate companies. Best of all, the app lives on your device; which translates into real control over data privacy.

NOTE: This version of NetWorth2b StoryBooks was designed and optimized for the iPad. However it can be used on an iPhone and/or a MacBook with an M1+ chip.
