Oloid Certify app helps businesses scan the QR codes generated from the wellness attestation forms filled by employees and visitors before entering the workplace and sends this to the administrators for future audits or contract tracing needs.
Oloid Certify automates the process of capturing and administering wellness attestation of an employee/visitor using a symptoms questionnaire through 3 simple steps.
1. Employee/Visitor responds to Oloid’s web based Wellness Attestation Questionnaire to generate a Red (High Risk) or a Green (Low Risk) QR code. The QR code generated is also embedded with the Employee/Visitor responses. Employees/visitors do not need to download any app.
2. Employee/Visitor scans the generated QR code at the Oloid Certify scanning station placed at the workplace entrance.
3. Oloid Certify validates the QR code, captures self-attestation responses from the QR code and logs the responses to the employer systems.
