Palletways Plus is our mobile application for members of the Palletways network. Drivers can use our app to view consignments and enter POD information on the pallets they have delivered, and with the optional GPS tracking enabled, depots can track the progress of their drivers as they work through their scheduled routes.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

What’s new in this version:
• New “At Risk” section for Depots
Depot users can now view consignments marked as At Risk, with full filtering and detailed information.
• Driver Performance dashboard
Drivers can now view their personal KPIs directly in the app.
Depots can also access performance data for all of their drivers.
• Exception Overview for Depots
A new dashboard option that allows depot users to review exceptions by date and type, aligned with the portal data.
• Improved Delivery Map
Completed deliveries are now removed from the map automatically, keeping the route view clear and up to date.
• Updated Collection Photo type
Photos taken during a Collection are now correctly labelled as “Collection Photo” for easier tracking.
• Unload Over/Under Summary
After unloading a manifested inter-depot truck, the app now displays a summary indicating whether all expected pallets were unloaded, if any are missing, or if extras were scanned.
• Background upload reliability improvements
Enhancements to reduce rare duplication issues when uploading POD photos and signatures.
• General performance and stability improvements
