Mobile monitoring application is designed to quickly obtain information about the status of terminals using a device with an installed iOS operating system.

Application allows to receive data about the status of the terminal and internal devices, amount of cash in the terminal and to track problematic terminals. Application displays the terminals of the agent under which the user is logged on. In addition, depending on the problem, you can try to solve it remotely using functionality of the command sending. Application allows to view the information on the terminal's collection for the last period. In addition, in some implementations it is possible to generate reports on transactions and fees.

Application menu contains information about the status of terminals, includes:

• View a list of points
• Commands
• Collections
• Agent balance

Section «View a list of points» allows to view the status of points, filter on emerging problems with the printer, bill acceptor, connection to the server lost, long downtime, overflow/devastation of cash or coins, exceeding the daily limit on payments processing.

The «Commands» section includes a list of commands that were executed on the terminal. Application allows to send the following types of commands, specifying the time period when it should be executed:

• Reload
• Send logs
• Send all logs
• Execute the command
• Schedule disk check
• Clear update folders
• Send information about devices
• Disable terminal
• Send Java dump
• Send SMS
• Make Home screen screenshot
• Make screenshot of all screens
• Update the Java machine
• Send a list of processes

It is also possible to see the list of commands, sent through the third-party back-office processing system.

In the section «Collection» information on the collection for the current and previous day is displayed. It is possible to specify filter parameters for creation of a list, as well as specify the collection of coin or bill acceptors. Viewing of collections is possible for the current, previous day or for the whole period of the system operation.

In the section «Agent balance», current account balance, amount of the overdraft and amount of funds that can be spent (determined on the basis of overdraft) are displayed.
